  A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Wesley A. James Operation Center, 4725 Moffett Road, Board Room, Mobile, AL 36618-0249 on April 16, 2025 at 10:30am, Local Time, to discuss bidding and project requirements. Prospective bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend.

  Per Addendum 1, questions regarding the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing or electronically to Jacobs no later than May 23, 2025, in order for responses to be provided via addendum prior to the bid date.
