Form Details (Abstract): Auction 64564,1 Status Active Abstract Negotiation Number 64564,1 Negotiation Type Auction Title Hyattsville Roads Sewer Rehabilitation Description The Work to be performed under this Task Order consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 14.265 LF (2.7 miles) of defective sewer mains, 3,257 LF (0.62 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and eighty-four (84) manholes located in the Lower Anacostia Basin, Prince George’s County, Maryland. The Project is MDE SRF Loan funded. The applicable State Insert titled Requirements and Contract Provisions for the Treatment Works Projects Financed through the Maryland Water Quality Loan Fund and the Maryland Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund, Department of the Environment, State of Maryland, and other requirements are incorporated in the contract documents. The bidders should make note of the special additional requirements imposed through the use of this funding such as but not limited to the use of Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, the use of American Iron and Steel (AIS) products, and the submission of AIS material certifications to WSSC Water. The EPA final guidance document for AIS is incorporated in these contract documents for reference.
