Grand Ave. Basic work consists of roofing. Any plumbing or electrical work performed in the City of Middletown MUST be completed by a licensed City of Middletown plumber or electrician. Specifications and information for bidders are available at the Office of Economic and Community Development, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. (845)-346-4170 Phone The Pre-Bid meeting, to be held on July 8, 2025 beginning at 3:00,is mandatory. Precise locations will be included in the bid packets.
