RFB 25-26-18 Annual Contract for Removal, Replacement, and Disposal of Sulfatreat 156 Media at the at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility Deadline: 10/23/2025 @ 3:00pm The City of Visalia is soliciting Bids for an annual contract for removal, replacement, and disposal of sulfatreat 156 Media at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility. The initial contract term shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City’s option and with the consent of the Contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. For more information click here .
