Notes	The City of Warner Robins Utility Department's Water Pollution Control Office invites the submission of bids for the complete pump out of all non-domestic kitchen grease traps connected to the City's Wastewater System per the attached specifications.  The awarded contract will have an initial term of one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year extensions available at the discretion of the City. Nothing in this Specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractors’ responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY: 1 Million / 2 Million COMPREHENSIVE VEHICL LIABILITY: 1 Million UMBRELLA LIABILITY: 1 Million minimum WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Statutory (only with 3+ employees) All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, December 6, 2024 at 2:00PM (ET). The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
