Bid Title:	RFP for Professional Development Services

Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure professional development educational services for its workforce. The County intends to award multiple five-year Countywide Service Contracts for departments to utilize as needed. These services will go through the RFP solicitation process every five (5) years at minimum. Countywide Service Contracts will include both general countywide trainings sponsored by Human Resources and more specific departmental training requests. Contracts may also be used for consulting and needs assessment services.
