Description: NOTICE CITY OF CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR THE CITY OF CASA GRANDE SPORTS COMPLEX The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services for the City of Casa Grande Sports Field Complex in Casa Grande, Arizona. Each response shall be per the SOQ instructions and scope of work package on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. Copies can be obtained by calling the City Clerk's Office at (520) 421-8600 or downloading the complete packet below. All responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on October 13, 2026, to the City Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Five (5) of the SOQ.
