Description: Request for Quotes This request for quotes is to purchase a model year 2024 (or newer), ¾ ton 4x4 pickup truck, pickup bed at least 6.00 ft long, but no longer than 6.75 feet, should have bucket style front seats with center console 40/20/40 or comparable, crew style cab with four full size doors or comparable, having 20,000 miles or less, pickup truck should be gas powered, include two sets of keys or key-fobs, should have power windows and door locks, should be snowplow compatible, color may be all White, “Ford F Series Race” Red or comparable, or Black, delivered FOB to the Kodiak shipping docks between June 1 and 12, 2026. This Request for Quotes will be used for quotes for services under $50,000. Quotes will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on May 11, 2026, at the Office of Finance, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska, 99615. The quotes will be publicly opened and read at that time. This request for quotes is to purchase:

• A model year 2024 (or newer),

• ¾ ton 4x4 pickup truck,

A copy of the quote schedule is attached for your use in submitting quotes. Quotes will be accepted until

2:00 p.m. local time on May 11, 2026, at the Office of Finance, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska,

99615. The quotes will be publicly opened and read at that time.

Quotes will be accepted via email, fax, mail, or in person to the contracts listed on the Quoter Registration

Form.

All interested quoters should submit a registration form to receive any updates regarding this posting.

The Kodiak Island Borough reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in a quote, to

reject any and all quotes without cause, and to re-solicit for quotes. Any contractor providing a quote

must be in compliance with KIB Code 3.30.115.
