ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., P.O.

Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 1:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, for DPW

Project 25016 LBJ LED Light Fixture, Department of Administration, Boise, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include lighting replacement at the Len B.

Jordan building at 650 W State St, Boise, ID 83702. Replace and relocate light fixtures with LEDs and

permanently remove fixtures and replace with ceiling tiles as shown on the plan set.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local

time, at 650 W State St, Boise, ID 83702. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed electrical

subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
