Project Description: VAV box replacement and all associated controls. sheet metal work, new IP controllers, fire protection piping rerouting, conduit relocation, and ceiling work to gain access to the VAV boxes. Additionally, five cabinet unit heaters that need power connected to the motor from the nearby disconnect switch. Two of the five cabinet unit heaters will need replacement motors as well.
