Bid Title:	REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICE

Description: The City of McFarland is soliciting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms for a three-year contract to audit its financial statements for fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027, with an option to renew for an additional three years. The selected firm will perform financial and compliance audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), the Single Audit Act, and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Pronouncements. The scope of work includes examining financial statements, reviewing internal controls, assessing compliance with laws and regulations, and providing detailed reports. The audit will cover all city funds and component units, including the McFarland Parking Authority, McFarland Improvement Authority, and the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of McFarland.
