The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 11th day of December 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 5. West Lafayette Campus – Physical Facilities Service Building Chiller Replacement – 2025 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 5 will be held on November 18, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held at Physical Facilities Service Building (PFSB), located at 775 Ahlers Dr., West Lafayette, IN. Please meet at the South side of PFSB (Visitor Entrance).
