• Summary The National Western Center Pedestrian Bridge project is located in Denver, CO on the National Western Center Campus. The project consists of constructing a new single-span pedestrian bridge between the 48th and Brighton RTD Station and the National Western Campus Plaza over 3 sets of railroad tracks.

General Statement of Work
The National Western Center Pedestrian Bridge project is located in Denver, CO on the National Western Center Campus. The project consists of constructing a new single-span pedestrian bridge between the 48th and Brighton RTD Station and the National Western Campus Plaza over 3 sets of railroad tracks. Bridge landing plazas to be constructed and include elevator towers with HVAC systems and adjacent staircase. Other key elements to construct include: lighting at the landing plaza facilities and inside the bridge, IT/Fiber connectivity for communications and security, a new 10-foot-wide sidewalk extending from the east plaza to tie into the existing sidewalk along Brighton Boulevard and a 30-foot-wide service road to be built on the east side of the east landing plaza.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
