NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Partial Roof Replacement for Courthouse/Annex Walkway Marquette County Land Bank Authority 234 W. Baraga Avenue, Marquette, Michigan 49855 DUE DATE: Thursday, June 26, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. local time

The Marquette County Facilities department is seeking bids to perform work to roof repairs on a ballasted roof at the main courthouse walkway/ramp located between the Annex building and the Historic Courthouse (Photos included on county website RFP link). A mandatory in-person pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 8 AM EST on, Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Meet at the Facilities receiving doors located on Baraga Ave. The Marquette County Facilities reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
