Description: INVITATION TO BID Centerville City 250 North Main St. Centerville, UT 84014 Bids for construction of DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE PROJECT 2025-2026 - Project #25-067 will be received by Centerville City at the Centerville Public Works Building, 655 North 1250 West, Centerville, Utah 84014, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, 29 April 2025; and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Bidder shall indicate the Maintenance Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the Bid opening. No pre-bid meeting will be held. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor and tools high velocity jet pipe clean and video inspection of manholes and varying storm drain pipe sizes, creating and providing copies of videos and log to the city, maintaining a GIS location and map for all cleaning and maintenance performed and any other maintenance services required in the contract documents for the period of one year from notice to proceed. All work will be in accordance with Centerville City Standard specifications and details, also the Drawings and Specifications prepared by ESI Engineering, INC. The Engineer’s Opinion of Cost for the total project is: $140,000 Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier=s Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Centerville City. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders which are included in the Contract Documents; and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid opening. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented or to waive any informality in a bid and to make award or refuse to make award in the best interest of the Owner.
