Event Description

South Dakota (SD) Department of the Military (DOM) is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Architectural and/or Engineering (AE) services for the above referenced project. Services may include Planning and Programming Design Charrette (PPDC) phase, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction, and Closeout phase services.

A technical review committee will review all submissions and select a shortlist of firms based on the criteria shown. Short listed firms will be interviewed by a State Building Committee, which will select the top firm based on a combination of the submitted Statement of Interest and interview.

The review committee respectfully requests that statements of interest be limited to 40 pages or less. Interested firms shall submit an electronic copy via email no later than 4:00 PM, MT, May 30, 2025. Questions and submission of shall be directed to the Cullen.Jorgensen@state.sd.us.
