Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee Sound & Production Services

The City of North Augusta is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for comprehensive sound, lighting, production management services, staging for the second stage and a minimum of 500 feet of bike rack barricades for the annual Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee on October 23 & 24, 2026.

Scope of Work & Staging Requirements:

• Main Stage: Staging is provided by the City. Vendors must have demonstrated experience integrating audio and lighting systems with a Eurostage ES 2620 mobile stage, as well as proven experience working with national recording artists.

• Second Stage: Bidding vendors must furnish, deliver, setup, and teardown a 32' x 16' stage and provide complete audio/sound production for the second stage throughout the event.

Vendor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bidding vendors must possess or obtain a valid City of North Augusta Business License once the contract is awarded.

• Vendors must carry active Workers' Compensation insurance.

• Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City of North Augusta as a certificate holder and additional insured.
