LEGAL NOTICE

The Board of Education of the Butler Technology and Career Development Schools District, 3605 Hamilton Middletown Road, Fairfield Twp., OH 45011, is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFP’s) for the D. Russel Lee Roofing Repair Project.  The estimated cost of the project is $1,175,000.00.

The RFP, complete schedule and all requirements may be obtained at www.butlertech.org/bids on November 20 , 2025.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Walk Through will be held on December 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM at D. Russel Lee, 3603 Hamilton Middletown Road, Fairfield Twp., OH 45011.

Bids will be accepted until 12:00 PM on December 12, 2025.
