Description: The City of Rock Island, Illinois, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply, and install a new front entrance door for City Hall, located at 1528 3rd Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201. Proposals may be hand carried or mailed and will be received at the City of Rock Island Public Works Facility, 1309 Mill Street, Rock Island, IL 61201 until 9:00 a.m. on February 25, 2026. Bid envelopes must be sealed and marked “CITY HALL FRONT DOOR REPLACEMENT” A Mandatory pre-opening informational meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026 in City Hall Lobby.
