Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS US 101/DRY CREEK ROAD INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE PROJECT APPROVAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENT (PA&ED) PHASE Solicitation #: RFP-14-026 The City of Healdsburg is soliciting proposals from knowledgeable, qualified firms for preparation of the Project Approval and Environmental Document Phase of the US 101/Dry Creek Road Interchange Improvements Project # ST015. All proposals must be received either by mail or hand-delivered to 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg CA 95448 by September 29, 2026, at 2:00PM PST. The City will not accept proposals submitted by email or fax, nor will it accept proposals submitted after the specified deadline.
