Scope of Services
1. Conduct a market research study measuring the opinions among Client`s residential and commercial & industrial customers on a host of topics.
2. Complete 200 telephone surveys and a minimum of 200 digital surveys among Residential customers based on the approved survey instrument. Vendor will not limit the number of completed digital surveys collected over a pre-determined timeframe as agreed to by the Parties.
3. Complete 50 telephone surveys and 50 digital surveys among Commercial & Industrial customers based on the approved survey instrument. Vendor will not limit the number of completed digital surveys collected over a pre-determined timeframe as agreed to by the Parties.
4. Update and refine as needed the 2025 survey instrument of not more than 45 questions including sub-questions and demographics.
5. Provide project management services including:
A. Organization and leadership of a project initiation meeting to ensure project alignment and agree to a Timeline/Deliverable Schedule.
B. Translate the final, approved survey instrument, into Spanish. Translate all applicable Spanish survey responses back to English.
C. Design a sample management plan.
D. Code and perform quality assurance testing prior to full-scale survey fielding.
E. Effectively train researchers on the survey instrument.
F. Perform data tabulation, editing, coding, logic validation, and data analysis.
6. Provide a written summary of findings and a presentation of results.
