Description: The Town of Hartford Public Works Department is requesting proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing media and gravel, along with the removal and replacement of internal structures in two (2) of the six (6) vertical pressure filters at the Wilder Water Treatment Plant located on Cranberry Lane in Wilder VT. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Hartford Town Manager’s office, Hartford Town Hall (2nd floor), in a clearly marked envelope “DPW RFP No. 2026-W1 – Greensand Vertical Pressure Water Filter Rehabilitation ” no later than 11:00 am on 2/27/2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
