NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract RENTAL AND SUPPLIES FOR WOUND CARE 25-127-DCC on or before November 18, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County “County” is seeking a bidder to provide rental of 3M™ VAC Freedom™ Therapy Unit or equal and supplies for acute, chronic, and infected wounds for its Care Center.
