NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

RFP #25-13

The City of Galveston is accepting sealed proposals on a contract for Mardi Gras Event.  Sealed proposals shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on Wednesday, July 30,2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the following location:

City of Galveston City Hall

823 Rosenberg St. Room 100

Galveston Tx

Solicitation submittals will be received until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday August 19, 2025 and opened immediately in that office.  Any response received after that time will not be considered. Click the link below to upload your submittal.
