PROJECT #25-2 2025 CHIP SEAL PROGRAM

Sealed bids will be received by the Belmont County Board of Commissioners at the Commissioner’s Office, Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 until 11:30 A.M. (Local Time), Wednesday, April 23, 2025 for furnishing all services, labor, materials and equipment for Belmont County Engineer’s PROJECT #25-2: 2025 Chip Seal Program, then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This project consists of applying dust suppressants to repaired areas and preparing and applying a single chip seal on approximately 721,764 square yards and a double chip seal on approximately 8,444 square yards of County and Township Roads.

Copies of specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Commissioners’ office between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily, Monday thru Friday.
