Project Name	UWVMC Dishwasher Replacement

Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: Contractor shall replace the existing dishwasher on the first floor Kitchen of the West Hills Medical Center with a new high temperature dishwasher with steam booster heater. The equipment installation will require plumbing modifications under slab and above slab, HVAC exhaust ductwork modifications above and below ceiling, and stainless-steel repair of existing wall panel sections. Replacement of two new stainless-steel tables to be included. Dishwasher and Steam Booster equipment is University furnished. Dishwasher and attached stainless steel tables will require anchoring to existing slab. The existing epoxy flooring damage to be repaired as part of the equipment demolition and installation.
