Project Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Rio Rancho to solicit competitive proposals to provide On-Call Engineering Services to the Utilities Department. Engineering services will include the engineering and project management services normally required for City facilities and infrastructure, including but not limited to, land surveying, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural/structural and construction engineering expertise.
