INVITATION TO BID

Prioleau Streetscape Improvements

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids for the

removal of existing brick sidewalk and installation

of a new Bluestone Sidewalk along the east side of

Prioleau Street between Vendue Range and Middle

Atlantic Wharf. There will be a mandatory pre-bid

conference on-site February 17, 2026 at 10:00am to

assess the current conditions and verify quantities of

work.

Sealed bids will be received until Thursday,

February 26, 2026 at 2:00pm, at which time they

will be publicly opened at 823 Meeting St.

Interested Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid

package on Charleston Bidline at

TinyUrl.com/CapBids on or after Monday,

February 9th, 2026.
