For the demolition of structure(s), and clean-up of area at the following location(s): BID PACKAGE 1: 808 S. Murphy Ave 816 S. Murphy Ave 933 S. Murphy Ave 908 E. 17th Street BID PACKAGE 2: 403 W. 19th Street 2102 S. Joplin Ave 1306 S. Pearl Ave 1705 S. Byers Ave BID PACKAGE 3: 202 N. Florida Ave 1109 E Broadway 712 E. Hill St 315 N. Mineral Ave Specifications are on file in the office of the Planning & Community Development Manager, 602 S. Main Street 4th Floor. Bids must be in the hand of the Planning & Community Development department on or before 10:30 A.M. on Friday, April 3, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri. The Planning & Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
