The Town of New Milford is soliciting competitive bids for Chip Seal, Double Chip Seal, Fog Seal, Rubberized Chip Seal or acceptable equivalent and Micro Pave or acceptable equivalent for 2025.The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in part or in whole.

Background

The Town of New Milford is soliciting bids for chip sealing services. Prices provided by the successful bidder shall remain in effect for all of 2025 following the award of the bid. The successful bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and services necessary to supply and deliver to the Town of New Milford as specified herein.
