Project Description: Parkway School District is seeking bids from qualified distributors to supply the Parkway Food Pantry, food items and non-food items to be ordered throughout the term of the contract under a blanket purchase order agreement. Items include shelf-stable foods, refrigerated and frozen foods, fresh produce, beverages, household supplies, personal hygiene products, and other pantry-related items as needed by the District. Vendors may submit bids for any portion of the requested items.
The initial term of the contract will be for twelve (12) months. The one year contract will run from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Vendors have the opportunity to offer the district multi-year proposals on the Vendor Acknowledgement section.
The District reserves the right to make multiple awards by item, category, group, or in total, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the District. The District does not guarantee any quantities that it will purchase as a result of this invitation for bid.
