Description: PUBLIC NOTICE Shrewsbury Contributory Retirement System Request for Proposals-Investment Consultant The Shrewsbury Contributory Retirement Board is seeking proposals for a Pension Investment Consultant to assist the Board with the investment and management of the approximately         $172,000,000.00 in assets of the Shrewsbury Contributory Retirement System. All investments made by the Shrewsbury Contributory Retirement board are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 32 as amended by c. 176 of the Acts of 2011, and the rules of the Public Employees Retirement Administration Commission(PERAC), 840 CMR. The selected Investment Consultant(s) must have familiarity and agree to comply with all applicable laws and PERAC regulations. The board reserves the right to cancel or reject in whole or in part any or all proposals in the best interest of the Retirement System.
