Project Description: The awarded vendor will supply IPTC on an as needed basis with all required vehicle filters. The quantities will vary and will be based on equipment in use. Filter requirements will change and evolve as IPTC’s fleet changes and evolves. The awarded vendor will be required to adjust stock as needed to meet IPTC needs. Specifically, IPTC is requesting that all quoted filters are Fleetguard brand. No equivalents will be accepted. All IPTC diesel vehicles have Cummins engines, Fleetguard is an authorized Cummins filter and therefore, will maintain the integrity of the engine. This contract will be firm-fixed price over the term to include all option years
