BP8 ~ Village of Oak Lawn - Regional Water System Improvements - City of Palos Hills Transmission Main

The Village of Oak Lawn will receive sealed proposals at the Village Clerk’s Office, 9446 Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 until 10:00 a.m. on June 12, 2025.

BID OPENING: Proposals will be publicly opened at 10:01 a.m. on June 12, 2025.

PRE-BID MEETING:  A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Palos Hills Golf Course at 7301 105 ^th Street, Palos Hills, IL 60465 on June 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., local time to view the worksite. The project location is from Southwest Highway through Oak Tree Drive north to the City of Palos Hills Pump Station in the Palos Hills Golf Course.

This project consists of the installation of new potable water transmission main from Southwest Highway through Oak Tree Drive north to the City of Palos Hills Pump Station in the Palos Hills Golf Course. The water main installation includes all necessary fittings, casing pipe, isolation and air/vacuum release valves, valve vaults, and the construction of an earthen berm to provide the at-grade water main installation with 5.5’ cover. The project also includes all necessary restoration including any required adjustments and/or reconstruction of the Golf Course Irrigation System.
