Project Description: Located at TCCD’s Southeast campus in Arlington TX, the ESCT Foundation Project addresses soil stabilization measures to mitigate the impacts of soil movement and expansion, ensuring long-term structural integrity of the ESCT building.
The project also includes upgrades to the building’s crawl space, involving the removal, replacement, and installation of insulation, intake, and exhaust systems. These improvements are designed to enhance energy efficiency, improve ventilation, and strengthen overall facility performance.
Architectural specifications are summarized in the project drawing sheets, while engineering specifications are provided in accompanying manuals.
