Description: Gunnison County is soliciting fixed-fee, turn-key construction proposals for a new Impound Building. Fully engineered plans are attached. Gunnison County wishes to construct the building before the end of the year 2026. Construction of a 43’ x 30’ engineered shop/garage structure per attached drawings. Heating system to be air-source mini-split. No water or sewer services. Contractor must include extension of electric service from transformer to the East of the site.
