Title: RFP # EDBS 0826 – Enterprise Digital Brand Strategy, Web Experience Redesign_ Professional Services
08/21/2026 – 10/1/2026

Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to develop a unified digital brand strategy and modern web ecosystem that enhances user experience, engagement and access across our multi-divisional healthcare organization.

In Phase 1, the selected partner will assess the current digital ecosystem and develop a future-state strategy, governance framework, technology roadmap, implementation plan, and recommendations for user experience, branding, CMS, hosting, accessibility, security and analytics.
