Scope of Work:

The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General or Building Contractors to perform rehabilitation work of a residential home located at 117 NW 16th Terrace Ocala, FL, 34475.

Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services in strict accordance with the rehabilitation specifications, guidelines, and Florida Building Code.

There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting. This is an emergency bid that will be active for five (5) days and will close on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
