SCOPE OF WORK
• Provide an IT Workstation quote for Sustema or equivalent parts.
• SUBSTITUTIONS will be considered for manufacturer.
IT SPECIFIC WORKSTATION DETAILS

QUOTE
In addition to submitting a total line cost in Ohio Buys, bidder must submit and attach a paper quote with line items for each required product as specified on the attached.

All shipping and tariff costs, if applicable, should be included in the total cost.
BUILDING ACCESS
246 N. High and 35 Chestnut
Loading docks are off North Pearl Street. Both docks require a 90-degree turn. Use the 246 / 35 dock for deliveries. A large straight truck can make the turn. The dock will not accommodate a semi. Space at the dock is limited. Vendors may load and unload at the dock but must park off site while working in the building. Loading dock will be available after hours as needed. DAS will coordinate with Building Management for scheduling. The dock opens to the first floor of the building.
Dock Hours 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., nothing larger than a box truck should be used for delivery.
Delivery of furniture will be completed during normal business hours.
