For example a spread rate and or mix design?AnswerSee sheet C-501 of the design plans.Also, what is your paving spec for “asphalt heavy duty” and “asphalt2 medium duty”? Is this new full depth paving? If so where is this suppose to See sheet C-504 of the design plans.be installed?3Do you have a set of plans to show the proposed phasing and site work?The plans are available for download from the City's website and the GeorgiaProcurement Registry.Regarding the FDR, can the existing asphalt be removed prior to mixing? Or Full-depth reclamation (FDR) shall consist of pulverizing and mixing the existing asphalt in4 is the intent to pulverize and mix all the existing material in place?place.5 Are there any utilities that may be impacted by construction?Yes. The Contractor shall be responsible for locating and coordinating around existingutilities. Note that electrical and irrigation lines run under the concrete sidewalks at thefront of the building. The contractor should use extreme caution in these areas, and ifany utilities are impacted, stop work immediately and contact the City of Duluth forrepairs.6 Is any type of utility contractor license needed for this project?No.7 Does this project require General Contracting license?Yes.Any restrictions regarding the working days and hours that we should be Construction work will be allowed between 7:30 am and 6 pm on weekdays, and8 aware of?between 10 am and 6 pm on weekends/holidays.Access to secured areas will be coordinated through the Police Department.
