Notes	NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Elgin hereby invites bidders for the following: Bid 26-024 “2026 NOCS Production Stages”. The City of Elgin is seeking bids for production stages for its signature Nightmare on Chicago Street event. All bids must be entered into the City of Elgin’s web portal at https://cityofelgin.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx no later than July 7, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Questions regarding this bid package can be directed to Nickon Etminan, Procurement Manager at Nickon.etminan@elginil.gov. Mandatory Site Tour: A mandatory site tour is required for all prospective bidders prior to the bid submission deadline. Site tours may be scheduled by contacting Nickon Etminan via email at Nickon.Etminan@elginil.gov . Failure to schedule and attend a site tour before the bid closing date will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive, and their bid submission will be rejected at the time of bid opening.
