Description: The objective of this Proposal is to contract with a nationwide firm (“Vendor”) that has extensively experienced professionals ready to immediately step into the position of Interim Human Resource (HR) Director.

The contract term will cover a one-year period, commencing on or before August 3, 2026. Total contract period with extensions shall not exceed five years. Either party may terminate the contract with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
