Scope of Work:

Remove the existing flooring and wall coverings. Install new Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) resin flooring and wainscot in the Boys Restroom, near the Boiler Room, and the Girls Restroom, near the Multipurpose Room. Remove the existing flooring and seal the existing concrete in the Custodial Room, near the Multipurpose Room as per the drawings and specifications.

Sealed bids for the Replacement of Flooring at Lloyd Diedrichsen Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on March 5, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting held at 3:30 p.m. on February 26, 2026, at Lloyd Diedrichsen Elementary School (Meet in Front of the Office) 1735 Del Rosa Way, Sparks, NV 89434. Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
