  • Manual upward-opening mechanism

  • Location: North side of the Foust Street Levee opening in Danville, PA

    • Evidence of commitments made

    • Certification in compliance with the Buy America, Build America Act (BABA)

  • Bid preference may be given to certified Section 3 business concerns

  • Davis-Bacon and Related Acts apply

Review Period & Reservation of Rights
  • Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review and evaluation

  • The Borough of Danville reserves the right to:

    • Reject any or all bids

    • Waive irregularities

    • Negotiate contract amounts
