• All e-snap applications must be received by the CA/AE no later than 30 days prior to the closing of the

NOFO submission deadline January 14, 2026.

• The Collaborative Applicant must notify all applicants, in writing outside of e-snaps, whether their project

application(s) will be accepted and ranked, rejected, or reduced on the priority listing no later than 15

days prior to the close of the NOFO submission deadline of January 14, 2026.

• The Collaborative Applicant must post to the CoC website the CoC application with attachments and the

priority listing no later than 2 days prior to the close of the NOFO submission deadline January 14, 2026.
