Sealed bid proposals are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at City Hall – Clerk’s Office 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085 until November 4, 2025 at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) for:

FY2026 Sidewalk Program

This will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. RFP’s will be opened at City Hall Council Chambers, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., and Bid Proposals will be due November 4, 2025 at 9:00 am.

Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words:

FY2026 Sidewalk Program

Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan – Clerk’s Office, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:00 am on November 4, 2025.

All City of Waukegan bids are opened live on FB https://www.facebook.com/waukegancityclerk/videos .

Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
