Description: The Town of Goffstown, New Hampshire Fire Department is seeking professional architectural and/or mechanical engineering firms to provide a limited-scope conceptual estimate for the Fire Station 2 Utilities and Systems Upgrade and Renovation Project located at 656 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH 03045. The project involves assessing and estimating costs to upgrade utilities, building systems, and energy efficiency measures, as well as evaluating current building conditions, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, roofing, and ADA compliance.
