In order to prepare the most accurate proposal and project understanding, is it possible toreceive a copy of the design plans?A-1. The Hacks Cross Road Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) Plans have been incorporated asAppendix A.Q-2. Requesting clarification of a potential formatting issue on Page 23, Section XI.C.2-4.Specifically, the line beginning with “3. Which will also include:” appears to be a continuationof the section titled “2. Comprehensive Response,” rather than a standalone item. Additionally, the section labeled “4. Experience of the Respondent” seems to be misnumbered and mayactually be intended as item 3.A-2. Section XI.C.3. is a continuation of Section XI.C.2. requirements for theComprehensive Response.Sincerely,Original Signature on FileChristina Le Martin, BuyerPurchasing DepartmentShelby County Government
