Title Start Date End Date Time Left Addendums SOQ ERO DO #36-F-2-25/26 REBID - Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services for the Restoration and Reconstruction of the Carroll County Sports Complex The Board of County Commissioners of Carroll County (“County”) and the Department of Recreation and Parks (“CCRP”) invite Landscape Architectural and Engineering teams (“Firm”) to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide complete design services for the restoration, reconstruction and improvements of the Carroll County Sports Complex (“Project”).
