The Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory, but is highly recommended that all prospective bidders attend. ********************************************************************************************************************************* The Cherry Hill Public Library is a multi-story public library building with an existing low-slope (flat) roof assembly. The existing membrane roofing system has reached the end of its service life and requires complete replacement. The new system will consist of a mechanically attached and adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane with polyisocyanurate rigid insulation, cover board, and associated flashings, metal edge systems, gutters, and downspouts.
